Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at TFIB LLC. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items that meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet our rigorous quality standards, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor our culinary staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their dining experience is consistently positive.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a senior chef or culinary specialist, with a degree in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Proven expertise in menu development, food safety, and team leadership, with a strong understanding of culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
