Key Responsibilities
  • Assume the role and responsibilities of the Executive Chef when not present, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
  • Monitor hospitality areas to ensure they are kept clean, safe, and code compliant, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Support strategic research and development initiatives, driving innovation and excellence in our culinary offerings.
  • Recruit and train top talent for our team, conducting pre-employment interviews and providing in-the-moment coaching to develop our kitchen associates.
  • Contribute to daily confidential Leader Notes log, recording associate, training, service, and food issues dealt with during shift.
  • Embody an ever-changing business environment, delivering top results and adapting to new challenges with enthusiasm and creativity.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the Hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain proper food certifications specific to State Laws, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced knife skills and the ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment with a positive and creative mindset.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work standing and walking for extended periods of time.
