We seek a dedicated and skilled product leader to cultivate emerging ideas and products into scalable solutions that enhance Prime Video's content offerings. As a Principal Product Manager, your focus will be on innovating and enhancing the Prime Video Ad Customer Experience (Ad CX), aiming to delight both streaming viewers and advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and optimize Ad CX guidelines, ensuring effective advertising inventory management that promotes:
    • Prudent supply expansion with a focus on long-term impact and quality customer experience.
    • Optimal use of advertising resources to maximize revenue potential.
  • Define comprehensive metrics and standards for Ad CX in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead initiatives to scale and optimize Prime Video's advertising supply across various global markets.
  • Conduct program reviews with leadership to assess the end-to-end advertising experience.
  • Foster partnerships with teams across the organization, including Business Intelligence and Finance.
  • Coordinate roadmaps across all stakeholder teams involved in successful project launches.
  • Implement mechanisms to track and refine success metrics post-launch.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of comprehensive product delivery experience.
  • At least 8 years in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology roles.
  • Experience blending product and program management skills to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Familiarity with product cycles exceeding 6 months.
  • Proven experience in feature delivery and product trade-offs.
  • Experience in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.

Compensation: Amazon's compensation reflects the labor market across various U.S. geographic regions. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700 to $240,900 annually, depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
