Position Summary: Prime Video is in search of a dedicated and skilled product leader to cultivate emerging ideas and products into scalable initiatives that enrich Prime Video content experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and enhancement of Prime Video Ad Customer Experience (Ad CX) to delight both viewers and advertisers.
  • Collaborate across various teams to align objectives and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives that optimize advertising inventory management, ensuring a quality customer experience while maximizing revenue potential.
  • Establish metrics and guidelines for Ad CX in partnership with teams such as Ads, Tech, and Analytics.
  • Oversee the execution of strategies for scaling and optimizing Prime Video ad supply globally.
  • Facilitate cross-organizational partnerships with Business Intelligence, Finance, and others.
  • Coordinate roadmaps across all stakeholder teams to ensure successful project launches.
  • Implement mechanisms to track and evaluate success metrics post-launch.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Proven ability to blend product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience with product cycles of 6 months or longer.
  • Proficient in managing feature delivery and making trade-offs.
  • Experience in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology is advantageous.

Compensation: The base pay for this position varies based on geographic market, ranging from $145,700 to $240,900 annually, with additional compensation components based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
