Job Overview

Amazon is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, PMT to lead the team re-imagining the Demand Side Platform (DSP) moderation platform. This is a unique opportunity to drive Amazon's DSP moderation strategy and unlock new revenue opportunities for Amazon's advertising business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define the Product Vision: Re-define the product vision for ADSP moderation, aligning with Amazon's advertising business goals.
  2. Lead a Team of Product Managers: Lead a team of Product Managers to define high-impact, customer-focused product strategy and roadmap.
  3. Launch New Products and Services: Launch new product and services that measurably improve the ADSP advertiser experience.
  4. Manage Prioritization and Trade-offs: Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, advertiser experience, revenue, and competing priorities across multiple stakeholder teams.
  5. Hire and Develop a High-Performing Team: Hire and develop a high performing team of Product Managers, raising the bar with each hire and mentoring your team to create a world-class team.
Requirements
  1. 6+ years of team management experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree.
  3. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  4. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  5. 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience building products for Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) or Supply Side Platforms (SSP).
