This position seeks a dedicated and skilled product leader to nurture emerging ideas and transform them into scalable programs that enhance Prime Video's content offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and enhancement of Prime Video's Ad Customer Experience (Ad CX) to captivate both viewers and advertisers.
  • Collaborate across various teams to establish and achieve strategic objectives while fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Implement effective advertising inventory management strategies that ensure prudent supply expansion and optimal resource utilization.
  • Define metrics and guidelines for Ad CX in partnership with teams such as Ads, Tech, and Analytics.
  • Lead program reviews and cross-organizational collaborations to enhance the overall advertising experience.
  • Coordinate the roadmap across all stakeholder teams involved in successful project launches.
  • Monitor and iterate on success metrics post-launch to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in end-to-end product delivery.
  • At least 8 years in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology roles.
  • Experience in managing product cycles of 6 months or longer.
  • Proven ability to drive roadmap strategy and product definition.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
