Position Summary: Prime Video seeks a dedicated and skilled product leader to transform innovative concepts into scalable initiatives that integrate seamlessly within Prime Video's content offerings.

As a Principal Product Manager, your focus will be on inventing, refining, and advancing the Prime Video Ad Customer Experience (Ad CX) to delight both viewers and advertisers.

This role encompasses collaboration across various teams, including demand-side and supply-side units, to align objectives and cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring a top-tier video advertising experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Ad CX guidelines and optimize advertising inventory management through a data-driven approach to expand supply in existing and new markets.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to define comprehensive metrics and standards for Ad CX.
  • Implement strategies for scaling and optimizing Prime Video's ad supply across global regions.
  • Conduct program reviews with leadership to assess the end-to-end advertising experience.
  • Foster cross-organizational partnerships with Business Intelligence, Finance, and other teams.
  • Coordinate the roadmap for all stakeholder teams involved in successful project launches.
  • Establish mechanisms to monitor and evaluate success metrics post-launch of various supply initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end product delivery.
  • At least 8 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Proven ability to blend product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience with product cycles lasting over 6 months.
  • Demonstrated experience in feature delivery and product trade-offs.
  • Proven track record in driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner is preferred.

Compensation: Amazon's compensation reflects labor costs across various U.S. geographic markets, with base pay ranging from $145,700 to $240,900 depending on location and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
