Position Summary: Prime Video is in search of a dedicated and skilled product leader to nurture emerging ideas and products into scalable initiatives that enrich Prime Video content experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and enhancement of Prime Video Ad Customer Experience (Ad CX) to delight both streaming customers and advertisers.
  • Collaborate across various teams to align objectives and build strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee the management of advertising inventory to ensure optimal utilization and revenue maximization.
  • Establish metrics and guidelines for Ad CX in partnership with relevant teams.
  • Lead reviews of the Ads CX program with leadership to ensure a cohesive advertising experience.
  • Coordinate the roadmap across all teams involved in successful project launches.
  • Implement mechanisms to track and evaluate success metrics post-launch.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of comprehensive product delivery experience.
  • At least 8 years in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology roles.
  • Proven ability to blend product and program management skills to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience with product cycles exceeding 6 months.
  • Demonstrated experience in feature delivery and product trade-offs.
  • Experience in owning and driving roadmap strategy.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology roles.
