Your Impact: In this role, you will nurture innovative concepts and products into scalable initiatives that enhance Prime Video's content offerings. As a Principal Product Manager, your focus will be on enhancing the Prime Video Ad Customer Experience (Ad CX), aiming to delight both viewers and advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and optimize Ad CX guidelines and advertising inventory management through a data-driven approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and standards for Ad CX.
  • Drive the expansion and optimization of Prime Video's advertising supply across various regions.
  • Conduct program reviews with leadership to assess the end-to-end advertising experience.
  • Foster partnerships with teams in Business Intelligence, Finance, and others.
  • Coordinate the roadmap across all teams involved in successful project launches.
  • Develop mechanisms to track and refine success metrics post-launch.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in end-to-end product delivery.
  • At least 8 years in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Experience in managing product cycles of 6 months or longer.
  • Proven track record in driving roadmap strategy and feature delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
