Role Overview:
The Maintenance Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing skilled tradespeople, maintenance staff, or contractors engaged in the construction, upkeep, and repair of utility systems, structures, and equipment. This position involves the allocation of resources for both preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including high voltage systems and utility infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess operational procedures to guarantee safety and efficiency.
- Offer technical support for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Formulate and suggest procedures aimed at enhancing work quality.
- Conduct testing of tools and materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
