Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Channel Account Manager (CAM) to spearhead the development and execution of strategic territory plans, channel initiatives, and partner account strategies within the Northeast region of the United States. This role is pivotal in collaborating with key stakeholders to enable partners to leverage our extensive portfolio of security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with channel partners, Thales sales teams, and key end-user clients to drive business growth.
  • Develop a comprehensive joint business plan with actionable strategies and regular performance reviews.
  • Design and implement go-to-market strategies while executing marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze partner coverage in the region to identify recruitment opportunities.
  • Align mutual goals with partners to enhance collaborative efforts.
  • Understand and articulate the business metrics related to our solutions, ensuring partners meet all program requirements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for resolving complex issues and fostering successful outcomes with partners.
  • Empower the partner community to effectively market and sell Thales solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A/B.S.) or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in channel sales and development, preferably in security, networking, or cloud-based environments.
  • Proven ability to accurately forecast revenue streams on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
  • Skilled in developing and presenting compelling solution strategies that meet customer needs.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to drive consensus across internal teams and partner organizations.

Compensation: The anticipated total compensation range for this role is $174,000.00 - $377,000.00 USD annually. Thales reserves the right to adjust compensation based on various factors.
