Guidewire is seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Manager to oversee and expand our ISV reseller channel for HazardHub with API, the most comprehensive set of property risk data, casualty risk data, and hazard risk scoring in the P&C insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales management, with a proven track record of enabling and growing reseller networks. This role is critical to our mission of broadening our market reach and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships.

Managing ISV Reseller Channel:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing ISV resellers to ensure they are fully engaged and productive.
  • Monitor and manage reseller performance, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure ISVs adhere to pricing policies and contractual agreements.

Tracking KPIs:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the ISV reseller channel.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance to senior management.

Enabling Resellers:

  • Provide comprehensive training and support to ISV resellers to help them effectively market and sell HazardHub.
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including presentations, product demos, and case studies.
  • Coordinate joint marketing efforts and campaigns to drive demand and awareness.

Planning to Broaden and Grow Reseller Channel:

  • Identify and recruit new ISV resellers to expand the distribution network.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to broaden the reseller channel and increase market penetration.
  • Establish incentive programs to motivate and reward high-performing resellers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6-8 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing reseller channels.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
