**Job Summary**

The Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the administrative team by performing a variety of secretarial duties. This includes coordinating office services, managing personnel, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, and maintain accurate records
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with personnel management, including scheduling and timekeeping

**Requirements**

  • High school degree or equivalent with business curriculum required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
