KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary function of the Administrative Coordinator is to ensure the efficient operation of all office activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: enrolling clients in our electronic medical records system, managing data tracking, ordering office supplies, and overseeing daily office operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required; some college experience is preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential. A minimum of five years of relevant experience (such as secretarial, computer management, or office administration) is preferred.
