About the Role:
Gifford Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Medication Nurse Assistant/Licensed Nurses Aid to join our team at our Randolph Center, VT location.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and provide total care when needed.
- Ensure and maintain the safety of residents and follow treatment plans and protocols under the direction of a Nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments, under the direction of a Licensed Nurse, when functioning as the LMNA on staff.
- Function within the standards of practice as accorded and per state regulations.
Requirements:
- LNA and LMNA Licensure in the state of Vermont
- BLS certification
