Sentara Health is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Compensation Program Administrator.

Position Status: Full-time, Days

Standard Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm (EST)

Work Location: Norfolk, VA

Minimum Requirements:

  • OSHA Regulation - 3 years required
  • Regulatory Agency Requirements - 3 years required
  • Regulatory/Compliance - 3 years required
  • Workers' Compensation Claims - 3 years required
  • Up-to-date knowledge of governmental regulations and community health principles relevant to occupational and environmental health and safety, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA/VOSH), Regulatory agency requirements, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Job Description:

Oversees the administrative operations of the workers' compensation program for Sentara Healthcare, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and standards. Demonstrates sound judgment and effectively manages risks.

Job Summary

Oversees the administrative operations of the workers' compensation program for Sentara Healthcare, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Demonstrates sound judgment and effectively manages risks. Maintains current knowledge of governmental regulations and community health principles relevant to occupational and environmental health and safety, including OSHA/VOSH, Regulatory agency requirements, FMLA, and ADA.

Qualifications:

BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree in OSHA Regulations, Regulatory/Compliance, Regulatory Agency Requirements, Workers' Compensation Claims
