Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the administrative functions of the workers' compensation program, including claims management, benefits administration, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the processing of workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, Risk Management, and Medical Staff, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Management team to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with workers' compensation claims.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or Risk Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in workers' compensation, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations, including OSHA, FMLA, and ADA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex claims and resolve issues in a timely manner.
