Position Overview:
The Administration and Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's administrative functions. This position involves assisting in the formulation of research, guidance, and responses concerning all administrative documentation related to information requests under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate monthly statistical reports on FOIA inquiries and prepare corresponding quarterly and annual summaries.
- Support the evaluation and analysis of Records Management initiatives to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the management, execution, and evaluation of record management programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Perform moderately complex support tasks with minimal supervision, following general directives.
- Coordinate administrative services, including clerical tasks, printing, mail distribution, messenger services, and telecommunications.
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic or high-pressure environment.
- Experience in tracking work schedules and addressing human resource matters for a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for various office and administrative functions.
- Capability to monitor project progress and communicate updates to senior management.
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance.
- High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, or an Associate's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with government acquisition processes.
- Quick learner with the ability to assume additional responsibilities as needed.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, experience, and contract-specific affordability. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 annually.
Work Environment:
Our culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site. If onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in person as required.
