As the Head of Cybersecurity Strategy, you will be instrumental in enhancing and managing the information security framework to protect against digital threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and cultivate a high-performing security team
  • Build robust relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and foster a security-oriented culture across the organization
  • Oversee vendor partnerships and manage the security budget
  • Formulate long-term strategic initiatives that align with business goals and risk appetite
  • Monitor security measures and elevate the organization’s information security posture
  • Provide updates on security metrics and potential risks to senior management and stakeholders
Technical Expertise Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security or Computer Science
  • Prior experience in a Director-level position within a similar capacity
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and principles such as NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR
  • Experience in conducting system audits and compliance assessments
  • Familiarity with cloud and application security, including platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, and identity management
  • Proven experience in developing security policies and procedures
