About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our digital innovation efforts as the Head of Digital Innovation. This is a critical role that will drive the development and implementation of our go-to-market (GTM) strategies, leveraging digital advancements to reshape and enhance our commercialization process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Visionary GTM Strategies: Craft and execute go-to-market strategies that incorporate digital advancements to redefine sales and marketing approaches.
  • Lead Horizon 3 Ideation: Explore and test groundbreaking concepts that can transform our sales methodologies.
  • Implement Proofs of Concept: Develop and implement proofs of concept for innovative digital sales tools, such as sales copilot programs, to optimize the salesforce's efficiency and effectiveness.
Accountabilities
  • GTM Digital Strategy Leadership: Set a clear direction for incorporating digital solutions into our go-to-market plans, focusing on adopting innovative technologies.
  • Innovation Development: Manage the creation of new digital GTM concepts, ensuring they have potential for growth and can be effectively implemented.
  • Digital Sales Initiatives: Pilot and scale digital initiatives, like sales copilot and enhanced inside sales models, to increase market penetration and customer engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and product teams to ensure integrated and seamless deployment of digital GTM innovations.
  • GTM Digital Training and Enablement: Ensure sales and marketing teams are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools required for the adoption of digital innovations in GTM strategies.
  • Performance Metrics and Analytics: Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of GTM digital innovation initiatives.
  • Market Trend Analysis and Responsiveness: Continuously monitor and respond to evolving market trends, adapting GTM strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Communicate effectively with teams and external partners, ensuring digital initiatives support our overall business and meet customer expectations.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all digital sales activities adhere to industry standards and drive best practice.
Requirements
  • Strategic Thinker: A broad and impactful mindset with over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry's approach to commercialization, product sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
