About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our cloud enablement and digital transformation efforts as the Head of Cloud Enablement and Innovation. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving innovation and growth for our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a global team responsible for building, maintaining, and operating the Cloud Foundation for Philips, ensuring our cloud community is empowered with the necessary services, capabilities, governance, and knowledge.
  • Drive the evolution of commercial cybersecurity for products across the enterprise, establishing and evolving key cybersecurity performance metrics for products and measuring, auditing, and reporting on a continual basis.
  • Develop commercial cybersecurity products and drive the overall strategy for product cybersecurity, in partnership with the group security organization.
  • Mature the reactive cybersecurity capabilities and formulate and implement long-term strategies, inspiring cross-organizational initiatives and developing a high-performance software and operations organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise and cloud-native architectures, product and/or solution design and build, pipelines, platforms, lakehouses, integration, and orchestration.
  • Experience with large-scale application platform and infrastructure development.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or a related field, with extensive experience in enterprise and cloud-native architectures.
  • Extensive experience leading a 24/7/365 regulated enterprise cloud environment.
  • Strong technical experience in the medical device industry or similar regulated industry.
  • Proven experience of building and driving a high-performance global team of employees and contractors to develop and deploy global designs and standards across multiple information technology domains.
  • Demonstrated success in shaping digital business technology vision through effective partnership with other business leaders.
  • Experience with Agile and SAFE scaled agile methodology solution delivery experience, leading high-impact and visible projects dedicated to delivering best-in-class service to business.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening, communication (written and spoken), data storytelling, and presentation skills, with an ability to influence and build rapport with diverse partners.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of engagement in key functional areas in highly competitive technical fields.
