About the Role
Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our digital health transformation efforts. As the Head of Digital Health Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital health strategy that aligns with our company's business objectives and drives innovation in the biopharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Digital Health Strategy: Create a clear and compelling digital health strategy that aligns with our company's business objectives and drives innovation in the biopharmaceutical sector.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure successful implementation of digital health initiatives.
- Drive Innovation and Risk-taking: Foster a culture of innovation and risk-taking by encouraging and supporting creative thinking, experimentation, and calculated risk-taking.
- Build Strong Relationships: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive digital transformation and adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate the digital health strategy and progress to all levels of the organization, including executives, managers, and employees.
Requirements
- Experience in Digital Health: Proven experience in digital health, with a strong understanding of scientific principles and the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive change and manage complex projects.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovation and Risk-taking: Ability to foster a culture of innovation and risk-taking, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive digital transformation.
