About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our SMB Team Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new business customers and building lasting relationships with existing clients. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Sales Execution: Utilize solution-based selling techniques to showcase the value of T-Mobile's products and services to customers.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment.
  • Dynamic task management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
