About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our SMB Team Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new business customers and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Execution: Utilize solution-based selling techniques to showcase the value of T-Mobile's products and services to potential customers.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment.
  • Dynamic Task Management: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Proven record of delivering outstanding customer service with attention to detail.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in proposal writing: Demonstrated experience in preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations.
  • CRM Expertise: 1+ years of experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. to update and maintain customer records.
  • Forecasting and Funnel Management: 1+ years of experience leading and maintaining an accurate funnel of sales opportunities.
