Account Executive, SMB Team Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation and Sales: Utilize your exceptional sales skills to generate new business leads and close deals, exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Solution-Based Selling: Develop and implement creative sales approaches, solutions, and proposals that showcase the value of T-Mobile's products and services.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with leadership to hone your skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Sales Experience: 1+ years of verifiable successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment.
- Dynamic Task Management: Thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, showcasing outstanding multitasking abilities.
- Customer Service Excellence: Proven record of delivering outstanding customer service with acute attention to detail.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are a must.
- Negotiation Expertise: Showcase effective negotiating and closing skills that leave a lasting impression.
- Experience in Proposal Writing: Demonstrated experience in preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations.
- CRM Expertise: 1+ years of experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. to update and maintain customer records.
- Forecasting and Funnel Management: 1+ years of experience leading and maintaining and accurate funnel of sales opportunities including staging, next steps, and close dates to support accurate sales forecasting.

Travel: Travel is required for this role.
Compensation: The total target cash pay range for this role is $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives.
