Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in outside sales, focusing primarily on acquiring new business.
  • Employ a structured strategy to discover and nurture potential business opportunities.
  • Establish and sustain relationships with pivotal stakeholders, including facilities managers, property managers, and C-level executives.
  • Develop Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and inform clients about the advantages of emergency preparedness.
  • Participate in and advocate for marketing, networking, and educational events, including industry association gatherings.
  • Respond swiftly to fire and water emergencies to secure projects.
  • Surpass assigned sales targets by effectively executing the sales process.

Work Schedule and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time role, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. However, flexibility in hours may be necessary based on business demands and scheduled events. Local travel may account for up to 90% of your time, primarily during business hours, with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel required during storm response efforts.

Compensation Structure
Base salary with unlimited commission potential and substantial performance-based bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $50,000 to $300,000 annually
