Position Overview

The DOSWELL OPERATING GROUP is seeking a dedicated Plumbing Foreman to oversee our Construction division. This role involves direct supervision of Plumbing Mechanics and Helpers at various job sites, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Plumbing Foreman will:

  • Coordinate and verify installation schedules for on-site teams.
  • Supervise daily activities of mechanics and helpers, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Manage material orders based on project specifications to guarantee timely availability.
  • Ensure all installations comply with relevant codes and specifications.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • A personal set of tools necessary for the trade.
  • A valid Journeyman license; a Master's license is preferred.
  • Completion of OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain it upon hire.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

We value effective communication skills, the ability to interpret blueprints, and strong problem-solving capabilities. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
