ColonialWebb Contractors Company is seeking skilled and experienced Foremen in the commercial plumbing and piping sector to lead field operations and provide technical expertise for various projects.

As a Foreman, you will oversee the daily activities of plumbing and pipefitting teams, ensuring that all tasks are executed safely, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Typical projects include healthcare facilities, data centers, high-rise buildings, educational institutions, and government structures.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with mechanics and helpers, offering guidance and showcasing best practices to ensure job quality and client satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbing and pipefitting teams.
Exhibit a strong commitment to safety, instilling this priority in your team through effective teaching and coaching to prevent injuries.
Review ongoing and completed work to verify compliance with specifications.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders relevant to your area of supervision.
Analyze schedules and estimate labor requirements for project completion.
Adjust work sequences to align with construction timelines, utilizing knowledge of equipment and personnel capabilities.
Promote a safe working environment, encouraging compliance with health and safety regulations and practices.
Manage the installation of plumbing and piping systems using a variety of materials.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership experience as a Foreman on commercial projects.
Extensive knowledge of commercial plumbing systems.
Possession of a Master's or Journeyman Plumbing License is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with relevant codes (e.g., International Plumbing Code, International Mechanical Code) and general HVAC systems.
Ability to interpret and execute work from drawings, submittals, and specifications.
Skill in directing teams to ensure safe and efficient installations.
Proficiency in reading and understanding project-related documents in English.
Basic construction and shop math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions).
OSHA 10-hour certification and understanding of OSHA safety regulations are required.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills based on available information.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members across various trades.
Experience with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
