Overview: This role is essential for organizing, executing, and overseeing mental health and case management services for adults transitioning from secure environments to community living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to program personnel and leadership
- Support general office operations and ensure adequate office supplies
- Schedule and coordinate psychiatrist appointments and manage facility logistics
- Oversee communication systems and relay messages effectively
- Organize events and manage vehicle scheduling
- Execute additional tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of background check, health screening, and COVID-19 vaccination
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Access to reliable transportation
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications: At least one year of experience in a mental health environment utilizing an interdisciplinary team approach.
Work Environment: Office-based setting
Physical Demands: Activities include driving, sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 20 lbs, listening, and verbal communication
Cognitive Requirements: Ability to manage distractions, interruptions, and shifting priorities effectively.
