Administrative Support Specialist

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Victoria Oil And Gas Plc, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our municipal services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This will include maintaining office files, taking and distributing meeting minutes, coordinating repairs to office equipment, and providing support to our council to ensure they have the resources they need to make informed decisions. You will also be responsible for researching and assisting with the preparation of motions, policies, and procedures, as well as answering telephones and transferring calls to the appropriate staff member. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients and visitors, creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office, and performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. You will also be responsible for maintaining hard copy and electronic filing systems, signing for and distributing packages, researching and purchasing office furniture and supplies, and coordinating and maintaining records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards, and office keys.
