Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Pipeco Master. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our plumbing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Assist with project scheduling and coordination
  • Update and maintain our accounting and billing systems
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
