We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Pipeco Master. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our plumbing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with project scheduling and coordination
- Update and maintain our accounting and billing systems
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
