Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on our client's programs, services, and products, ensuring they're fully informed and empowered to make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication, driving sales and customer service processes forward.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for new and existing customer accounts, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and sales orders, leveraging information from our telecommunications clients to provide accurate and timely support.
  • Adhere to enrollment eligibility criteria and process policy at all times, upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with fellow Community Outreach Representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue sales and achieving enrollment goals.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is highly recommended.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, outreach, retail, or a client-focused environment is preferred.
  • A passion for identifying solutions to enhance the customer experience is essential.
  • Strong active listening and sales presentation skills are required.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism at all times, is crucial.
  • A high level of productivity under minimal supervision is expected.
