**Department Manager**

As a Lead Customer Service Representative at Circle K, you will be responsible for:

• Providing prompt, courteous customer service and resolving customer issues on shift

• Assisting in the training of new Customer Service Representatives

• Performing shift supervision and ensuring a smooth operation of the store

• Completing all store merchandise build-to's and receiving and verifying vendor deliveries

• Receiving and verifying vendor deliveries and completing a grocery order and delivery

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Assist in the training and development of new team members

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Customer Service team

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
