Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Services Manager to join LUNNA LOANS LLC. As an Administrative Services Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all administrative duties and office procedures to ensure the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to implement systems and procedures. You will work closely with the human resources department to create, update, and maintain office procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a calendar of appointments and meetings to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Design an efficient office layout that prioritizes organization and productivity.
  • Collaborate with HR to create, update, and maintain office procedures.
  • Maintain office equipment in good working order with IT assistance.
  • Pays and records invoices accurately.
  • Negotiates contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers.
  • Achieves accurate budget management for the general office.

Requirements

  • Holds a high school diploma/GED; some college education is preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position is desired.
  • Has a thorough understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Displays exceptional time management skills and can prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Posesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
