Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Duties:

  • The candidate will receive telephone calls, greet visitors, and direct clients to the appropriate personnel.
  • Candidate will schedule training or testing in the appropriate classrooms.
  • The candidate will check the mailbox daily and respond to or route the email to the appropriate staff members.
  • The candidate shall be responsible for performing various clerical, administrative duties and able to perform a variety of customer service functions.
Qualifications:
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Self-starter who can independently accomplish tasks; is proactive, flexible, and takes initiative.
  • Previous experience is preferred.
