We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our Administration & Support Services team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will report to the CEO Executive Assistant and provide a broad range of administrative support to the Office of the CEO. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative assistance to the CEO, coordinating office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and other members of the office team
  • Coordinate office operations, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting planning
  • Ensure the office is well-organized and efficient, with a focus on customer service
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
