Job Summary

Gulfeagle Supply is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our branch office by providing administrative support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including correspondence, data entry, and filing.
  • Purchase and maintain office supplies and materials within the branch budget.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and phones.
  • Manage manual checkbooks, petty cash, and incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Answer phone calls, transfer calls to the appropriate person, and record messages.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, including greeting them and directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Perform various other filing, data entry, and clerical duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in general office practices.
  • Knowledge of office methods, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment.
  • Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with employees and customers.
