About the Role

Pandora is seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Account Manager to drive sales and profit goals for our current partnerships with Amazon and other marketplaces. This role will be responsible for managing and identifying future business development opportunities within the marketplace channel, increasing Pandora's awareness and penetration within the North American region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with wholesale selling teams, accounting, technology, and full ecomm team to drive strategic goals.
  • Manage key accounts with Amazon, Macys, and others, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and profit targets.
  • Monitor marketplace performance metrics and identify key areas for improvement, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integrations and execution of MP strategies.
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the target market, including size, growth potential, and main competitors, identifying target audience needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profit targets, optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand assortment, overseeing the creation and optimization of product listings, including product descriptions, images, keywords, and attributes.
  • Inventory Management and forecasting, working closely with internal teams to manage inventory levels and sell through, demand forecasting, prevent stock outages and overstock.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a seller on Amazon.
  • Experience working in marketplace function, identifying new expansion opportunities, and managing key accounts.
  • Executive presence, with the ability to report directly into the VP of North American Ecommerce and interface with local senior leaders as well as Global levels in the executive layer.
  • Strong negotiator with demonstrated success in being able to negotiate both internally and with external counterparts.
  • Extremely well organized and able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders with ease, with excellent attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Proficient in Adobe and Power BI, as well as 3rd party portals (big commerce, mirakl, patterns, etc.).
  • Must be able to thrive in a deadline-driven, rapidly changing environment, with a pro-active and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong bias for action, relentless about driving and really owning your own business, with a self-motivated, analytical, and structured approach to tasks.
