As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketplace operations strategy, ensuring seamless operational execution, and maximizing sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a marketplace operations strategy to drive growth and operational excellence across key retail partners.
  • Lead the execution of marketplace strategies, including listing optimization, order fulfillment, pricing management, and product categorization.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key retail marketplace partners, acting as the main point of contact for operational execution and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain, merchandising, and technology, to ensure that dropshipping agreements are executed efficiently and meet partner expectations.
  • Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics, such as sales, fulfillment rates, return rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and fulfillment processes to improve overall marketplace performance and maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketplace operations, eCommerce, or supply chain management, with a focus on managing relationships with major retail platforms.
  • Proven track record of success in leading marketplace operations, including dropshipping, fulfillment, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Deep knowledge of marketplace dynamics, policies, and operational best practices across major platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketplace performance data and optimize operations for profitability and efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with external partners and internal teams.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $100,000 - $140,000.
