We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at The Sign Store. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our sales area in the McDonough, Georgia region.

Your Role

In this outside sales position, you will be expected to:

  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of clients through proactive sales techniques and strong communication skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present and persuade clients with confidence, showcasing our products and services.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the timely completion of each project and deliver excellent results.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in outside sales, with a minimum of two years experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented problem-solving skills, with excellent follow-through.
  • A bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
