Key Responsibilities:

  • Precisely gather patient demographic details and insurance data
  • Adhere to Revenue Cycle protocols to achieve organizational goals

  • Assist with financial clearance processes for patients

Qualifications:
Preferred: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Work Experience: 1+ years in Customer Service, Patient Relations, and Medical Patient Financial Services

Physical Requirements: Medium work with occasional exposure to bodily fluids
