Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Patient Experience Specialist to join our team at Meyer & Dana Orthodontics. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Assistance: Greet patients and their families with a warm and welcoming smile, providing a positive first impression of our practice.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-ins/outs, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our clinical team.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, text messages, and emails with professionalism, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to our clinical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both in-person and online, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and staff.
  • Welcoming Demeanor: Demonstrate a friendly, welcoming demeanor, with a strong desire to make patients feel at ease and comfortable in our practice.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Possess problem-solving abilities and reliability, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence and Multitasking: Demonstrate confidence and skill in multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Salary:

$2304-$3040 per month
