Key Responsibilities:
- Solve problems and provide solutions for commercial clients by utilizing in-depth training and out-of-the-box thinking to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
- Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
- Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
- Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify pest issues and make recommendations to clients.
- Build trusted relationships with clients by addressing their questions, explaining the process, and setting expectations.

Requirements:
- Outside sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company-paid).
- Ability to work independently and interact with clients.
- Ability to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Willingness to work in different weather conditions.
