Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at McGrath. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the modular building industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and construction managers to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to customers and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the modular building industry or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • BS/BA/BBA degree or equivalent years of sales experience
