Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and a strong understanding of consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand services across the customer base.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and improve performance.
- Collaborate with internal resources to align activities and support sales efforts.
- Coach and develop sales talent to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Engage with peers and specialty areas to address issues and develop more robust processes for driving growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and sales management.
- 2+ years of experience managing sales teams and developing sales talent.
- Managed Services background a plus.
- Consultative and sales experience.
- Industry experience preferred but not required.
