About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Herc Rentals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business relationships with companies and individuals within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow revenue through daily territory visits and customer interactions
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential clients and consistently engage with them through phone and internet outreach
  • Design and implement sales strategies to achieve desired results and goals
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by renting and selling equipment on a consistent basis
  • Understand customer needs and market conditions to provide tailored solutions
  • Penetrate customers at the strategic level to diversify the customer base
  • Support all team members to achieve collective goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales, or Business Administration preferred
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the industrial market and/or heavy equipment industry preferred
