The Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team and drive sales growth in the Home Health industry. As a key member of our sales team, you'll work remotely to sell our enterprise SaaS HCM suite of products to home health agencies, administrators, and executives.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, network, and present Empeon's value propositions to drive revenue growth and exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM to ensure a predictable sales pipeline and forecast.
  • Conduct high-volume new prospect meetings within the Home Health sector.
  • Utilize industry-specific sales methodologies to drive successful sales cycles.
  • Cultivate satisfied customers who can serve as positive references for future prospects.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Field Sales, Sales Development, Lead Generation, Account Management, or related field within the Home Health industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth understanding of the Home Health industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Proven track record of B2B sales success.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
  • Strong presentation skills using web meeting technology and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to meet and exceed metrics-based sales plans.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
