We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team at Clearent by Xplor in Montebello, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners in the West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers in the West region.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business and drive sales growth.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Utilize Salesforce to manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
  • Prepare Presentations and Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to merchants and business owners, highlighting the value of Clearent by Xplor's payment processing services.
  • Educate on Payment Processing: Educate merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry, including the benefits and features of our services.
  • Communicate with Sales Leadership: Maintain regular communication with your sales leadership team to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
  • Closing Sales: Meet or exceed expected minimum sales requirements by closing sales of our payment processing services.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this role will be based on commissions, providing a direct correlation between your sales performance and earnings.
