Administrative Support Role at Catholic Charities CYO

Overview of the Role and Organization:
Catholic Charities CYO, the charitable service branch of the Archdiocese of San Francisco, is a prominent organization dedicated to providing essential programs and services for individuals and families in need throughout the region. We are committed to enhancing community well-being and positively impacting lives.

Role Objective:
In this vital position, you will engage in various administrative support tasks that are essential for the effective operation of our programs. Your responsibilities will include aiding in program initiatives, educational sessions, and overall coordination to improve the experiences of program participants.

  • Organize and maintain administrative records, program databases, and office resources
  • Manage correspondence, phone inquiries, and offer general administrative assistance
  • Support budget monitoring, financial documentation, and inventory oversight
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, visitors, and team members
  • Facilitate program assessment and coordinate program activities
  • Ensure a tidy and secure workplace environment
  • Assist with emergency preparedness and other assigned tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Prior clerical experience and a positive attitude towards work

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Office Skills or Administration is preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Valid California Driver's License

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Physical capability for various tasks
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills

Work Environment:
