Position Overview:
We are seeking a Temporary Program Administrator to join our team at Boomerang Healthcare. This role is essential for the coordination of multidisciplinary evaluations and the management of patient transitions within our Functional Restoration Programs.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Day Shift, 8-hour days
  • No weekends, no overtime, and no on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities:
The Program Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing candidate screenings and submitting Requests for Authorization (RFAs).
  • Coordinating appeals and managing internal authorizations.
  • Collaborating with billing departments to ensure compliance with pre-claims requirements.
  • Tracking patient progress throughout their treatment programs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare sector is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $27.00, determined by internal equity, job requirements, experience, and geographical considerations.
